As with most information systems, it is neither useful nor prudent for all users to have complete access to all of the information the system manages. Each user has certain roles and responsibilities and those determine what they can do. An adoption fair coordinator going to the same page will also see a form to use to schedule future fairs and even to add new locations where our adoption fairs will be held.
After you login, the regular website pages may also contain additional links. For example, the cat profile pages in the adoption gallery will contain a link back to the administration home page and, for the foster parent of the cat, a link to edit the cat's profile information.
There is a Help link in the navigation bar for each page. It will open a pop-up window to the help information relevant to the page requesting it.
